busy day at the market Peterborough Farmers Market
A tradition since 1825. I am proud to be at our very own farmers market every Saturday from 7 am until 1 pm. We have over 100 vendors offering local produce, crafts, one of a kind gifts items and .... well... just about everything you can think of. This amazing market is one of the most successful markets in all of Ontario because of you - the people who come and shop with us. Thank you Peterborough and thank you visitors who kick off their weekends with a trip to George and Lansdowne! We have coffee from around the world by the bag - and by the cup.... feel free to email me if you have a special order. I am happy to put something aside for you.... we have local milk and cream, of course soy for our lactose intolerant and a variety of local honey, maple syrup and sugars.... follow the link to see who else is here! lakefield farmers market LAKEFIELD FARMERS MARKET
There's a NEW market in Lakefield! Starting on May 6th 2010 until the end of October. We will be setting up shop in the Isabel Morris Parking lot near the river, by the arena, Thursdays from 1 pm until 6 pm. So far we have an impressive array of talent. I hope you'll come out to see all the great things we have to offer! We will have fresh roasted coffee, by the bag, and by the cup, and hot chocolate and tea as well... live roasting demonstrations when time permits.... I just love my job!
